Family Fun...*... on...*... Leap Day!!!

Finally Friday! To celebrate the weekend we popped some popcorn and watched Ice Age The Meltdown and Daddy Daycamp. What a fun way to spend the extra day we have this year!

With all of the excitment of Kirra's birthday party, I almost forgot about school pictures today. Doesn't she look cute :)

It's hard for me to believe it, but my baby is SIX!!!

We had a surprise birthday party for her at the indoor Play Park, and was she ever surprised.

What a Wonderful Day...

I have a new outlook on Sundays. Previously I dreaded getting up and getting ready for church. Although I've always felt like it was where I supposed to be, and had a good feeling when I left. Recently I've been overjoyed when I have the opportunity to go and learn more about the gospel. Additionally I've really grown close to a lot of people in our branch. I feel like they are my family here in Italy. My only regret is not getting to this point in my life sooner. The perfect way to end this awesome day was to go to dinner at the Ghiz's. It was awesome! We took some pictures so as soon as I can I will post them.

International Thinking Day

Today Kirra participated in the 82nd annual World Thinking Day for Girl Scouts. The Vicenza Girl Scouts celebrated by learning about countries around the world. Kirras troop had Japan- they did an awesome job teaching us how to make an origami dog. Then we got to sample foreign foods. My favorite part was seeing Kirra in her Kimono. She is so beautiful!
